In case of return, the refund of the values ​​will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product (s) in our shop again.

The refund will be made in the total value of the returned / canceled product, adding up the value of the freight.

We are exempt from the responsibility of canceling or repairing any product that clearly displays misuse.

 
 

SECTION 12 - PRODUCT EXCHANGE, MODEL DIVERGENCE and / or IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY

If the product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced by another similar product in the same value. However, in case you do not want the similar product, you will have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase.

ATTENTION! Many cosplays and props are considered "custom made" by suppliers. When the product is custom made, we can not return the value in any instance. Most of our products from the store fall into this category. Contact the team to learn more about these products.

 
 

SECTION 13 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CHANGE

The request for exchange must be communicated to the client within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. SECTION 15 - FREIGHT

As said before, we import from a site called Taobao, which makes submissions only to China. We have a warehouse in China that receives the goods for us, weighs and informs the freight values ​​available for the client's exclusive request. The shipping cost is the total responsibility of the customer.

We remind you that freight is not refundable because it is an international shipping charge that is not recoverable, made on demand, customized (according to customer needs). It is a variable value referring to the way the client is sent. Even if the package ends up returning to the sender we will not be responsible for the reimbursement of the freight, if the customer wishes to reimburse the product instead of the package sending again.

The customer is fully responsible for the value of the freight. In the face of product withdrawals due to the value of the freight the buyer will have full responsibility. We will not refund you for this reason if the purchase has already been made and the product has already arrived in our warehouse.

 

SECTION 16 - OF PRODUCTS CONTAINED (PROPS / ARMORS / CUSTOM MADE CLOTHES / STAFFS / ACCESSORIES / WEAPONS IN GENERAL)

Props / staffs / weapons ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! The product is made especially for the customer. Reimbursement can not be done because suppliers of props make the products exclusively, ie there may be minimal differences from product to product such as details, colors, etc. (they are made by hand). SECTION 18 - ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES
